8.2 Permits and Approvals

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits
  • We will assist with permit applications when required
  • Work will not commence without proper approvals

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

9.1 Service Cancellation

  • Services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled time
  • Cancellation fees may apply for same-day cancellations
  • Emergency services cannot be cancelled once dispatched

9.2 Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed with 24-hour notice
  • Multiple reschedules may incur additional charges
